Making an Appointment: Our office hours are by appointments only. Please call the above numbers to make an appointment. When we are not available, please leave a message on the voice mail, and we will reply as soon as possible.
Payment: Only cash, cheque and e-transfer are accepted as payment. Psychologists’ fees are tax deductible as a Medical Expense.
Insurance Coverage: To determine if you have psychologist fee coverage, the first thing you should do is to check with your insurance (extended health) carrier. Check your coverage carefully and find the answers to the following questions: What are my available mental health benefits?; What is the coverage amount per therapy session?; How many therapy sessions does my plan cover per year?; Is an approval required from my family physician for psychological consultation or treatment?
Reduced Fee: Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cancellation Policy: Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients in need of services. We ask that notice of cancellation for any appointment be provided by the client or their representative, by calling the respective numbers as listed above, at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
